About the Creators:
Brian Smedley is a professional Master Magician, author of multiple Magic books, Magic Creator, Magic mentor and much more….
He became interested in magic at the age of 12 when he went to his first magic show at a Halloween carnival. The magician picked him to guess how much change was in his pocket.( that magician became his mentor and still is to this day with a friendship of almost 30 years).By being amazed at that and the other effects presented he was hooked. The next day he checked out 2 magic books and was on his way.
He joined the IBM in 92. He was doing magic shows in his 20s, but joined the club later on. He has an associate degree in music and drama and uses his acting skills to help him in his presentation of magic and his creativity. He believes if you immerse yourself in the role as a magician the more creativity will flow from you. He is in the process of marketing new original effects and doing magic consulting. He also does the art of ventriloquism which in his opinion just another effect of the magic art. He builds puppets in his spare time. He is also a video promo producer.
Darin Martineau is a Magic student of Allan Ackerman since he was only 15 years old.
